Hope you had a great weekend.

B: bacon, protein shake
S: pumpkin bread
L: cheddar bites
S: popcorn
S: salami
D: 2 bites of hit dog on 1/2 of a bun (didn't settle well, so stopped)

V: one batch left
F: ok
E: pool, went mattress shopping (really tough laying down and getting up over and over and over. LOL)

Major Mom how did the Flat Iron steak turn out?

Weight Loss Mode
Breakfast: 4 pieces of Bacon, 1 protein pancake, 8 oz skim milk
Morning Snack: Grape tomatoes
Lunch: Talapia
Afternoon Snack: 2 cups salad greens with 2-3 TS Ranch
Dinner: The best ever lettuce wrapped grilled burger w/tomato slices and 2 pieces of pepper jack cheese, & full fat chipolte mayo
Bed Time snack: 2 string cheese, and a soy, sf, decaf mocha (I met the girls at Starbucks, This momma needed a break)

Vites: ALL in
Fluids: back to my 120oz+
Exercise: 20 minutes on the elliptical

The steak turned out pretty good. My guys loved it but I wasn't crazy about the Trader Joe's marinade it came in. I put a little extra tenderizing to them with one of those hole punching tenderizers.

How far out are you?  What are your stats?  Your menus look good. :)

Kat I am 3.5 months out. I started at 358 the day of surgery and am down to 274 for a loss of 84lbs. My 3 month labs were in the toilet because my dr's supplimenting plan is in adequate so I went on Vitalady's plan last week.
