hello everyone

 It will be four years for me very quickly. The DS was the best choice I have ever made for myself. I finally have internet out here in the country and thought I would come over and say hello. I have maintained my weight around 152lbs, I may go up or down a few but I haven't had any regain as of yet. My life has changed in a big way since surgery and I just thought I would come over and see how everyone is doing and say "hello".

Hey there!  Well, most everyone from 4 years ago are now on a private Facebook group or on a public board.

 Thanks Gina, that explains where everyone went. I haven't had a Facebook profile in forever. Glad  there are still some veterans left here.
