I think I stayed on course today. Not too much grazing. :)

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 3 protein coffees (90g)
2nd B - egg, bacon, slice of sunflower bread w/cream cheese and low sodium V8
L - protein shake (30g)
S - 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds
D - Chinese take out...crab and asparagus soup w/crispy noodles

VITES: 
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting

EXERCITES:

I think you did really good,
Game wasn't over till 1:30 am!!!!! A win is a win, but it was pretty awful.

D: grilled polish sausage, green beans, mashed potatoes

Ha! I do have a can of pumpkin in the basement. I think I'll be making almond butter pumpkin bread today. :)

hi everyone.  at my brother's in southern md for the weekend.  crab feast yesterday = lots of great protein.  
 so good to see family and friends..  so busy chatting it up.

double protein coffee
3 slices lebanon bologna
macadamia nuts
2 fried eggs
scrapple
1 slice rye toast
1/2 chicken salad sandwich w. tomato
double protein coffee
cupcake

vites:  all in, 
fluids:  70 oz

WL Mode, Sunday is one of my busiest days of the week. I did horrible on protein only 102 grams. Fluids were not what they have been, but more than the 64 oz, which I have found out is not enough for the DSer.

B: Protein Coffee
S: 1/2 c fresh pineapple
L: 2 hot dogs with beanless chili & cheese
S: brocolli w/ ranch dressing
D: 4 oz roast beef w/gravy
S: 3 string cheeses, 9 multi-grain rice crackers w/garlic & herb spreadable cheese.

Vites: All in. Didn't think I was going to make it. At 4 I was just starting my second batch, but their all in.

How did you do with the broccoli? That's one veggie I cannot eat. It's like it doubles in size once it hits my stomach.

The brocolli doesn't seem to bother me, doesn't even give me gas. However, rice is from the devil.

E 30 minute walk at lunch & 20 minutes Step after work. It was a beautiful summer's day today!
V Bedtime pending (nearly forgot lunch, but had them a couple of hours late... gotta get in to my new routine).
