Experiences with RNY revisions to DS or Sleeve?

 I have narrowed it down to either one of these, but I am leaning more towards the DS.  Has anybody had any experiences with Dr. Buchwald?  I went to have my Upper GI last week, and my stomach (or maybe stoma) is stretched to ~100cc.  They also found inflammation in the esophagus, so they did a biopsy.  I am waiting to hear result on that.  I have another procedure coming up in 2 weeks (Can't think of the name, but it's where I drink the barium so they can see the stomach using X-ray).  I have another consult in about a month.

Another thing that they found during my inital visit, was my bloodwork was messed up.  I am currently taking Vitron-C, B-Complex, Zonc, daily multi-vitamin, miralax, and a weekly B12 shot.
