F 72oz (oh dear I've started on my imported Cristal Light - this could get expensive!! ;-))
E 15 minute walk on mini trampoline
DH started making the cookies and had already added the the agave (what a sweety). He did 6 cookies and each got about a teaspoon of agave. I think that's probably an OK amount of agave, but adding some sweetener too would've made it better IMO.
To my surprise the cookies were a cake consistency and I spread some butter on them to moisten them.
Below are said cookies and the recipe which is courtesy of Kirmy.
one large egg
a teaspoon of baking soda
two and a bit tablespoons of almond meal/flour
a massive glug of agave nectar (about 3-4 tablespoons of more if you have a violent sweet tooth like me 6....sorry)
a full cup of peanut butter
two shakes of cinnamon
Mix them together then wet you hands and roll them into balls and stick them on a cookie tray and stick it in a medium over for 10mins. Let them cool for a bit on the tray as they are quite squishy at first then cool them on a rack to harden up.
