V: kinda all in 'cept I had iron w scrambled eggs - doh, switching it with my bedtime dose tomorrow (although not having iron for another week).

E: 1 hour walk
There were 5 iron tablets in my pre-packaged bundle, so when you say take one, did you mean take one batch or just one tablet? TIA.
