Swallowing so many pills

It definitely gets easier as time goes on. At first, I was dissolving calcium in water and taking other pills, one at a time. Now I throw back every pill in my batch (up to 7), take a drink and swallow. No issue. It did take a while to work up to it and you will get there. No rush.
