Wish I could get some more variety into diet. There's so much protein I can't eat.

Sorry i've not been around much, there has been alot going on.
I'm doing well with the low carb, managed to finally whoop that 7lbs of regain and this morning I was 139 again! yay havent been below 145 for a long time so very happy and proff that over four years out, the low carb, highprotein and fat way still works!
B- 3 eggs scrambled with cream cheese & shredded cheddar, coffee with a scoop of champion in it
Lunch - diet coke, low carb wrap stuffed with cheese & deli ham, mayo & few potato chips
snack - breve iced latte with another scoop of champion in it, & atkins granola bar
Dinner, feta cheese stuffed chicken breast, caesar salad no croutons
snack will be some fage with some splenda and raspberries

Had a band in 2005 at 280lbs, had band removed and DS done on Jan 22nd 08 at 220lbs in Spain, now 135lbs and a size 4!! Happy as a Clam!!Dontcha love the DS? It's the best tool around!!
I wish I could figure out how to kick start a little adjustment on the scale. How long did it take to see the first pound or 2 drop once you were low carbing?

Hi Gina,
I had to be SO patient, for about 10 days nothing happened at all, up a pound, down a pound.....but I just really stuck to it....and eventually it just started to come down steadily. I'm now 139 and may try to lose a few more to get back to 136...then I've got a little wiggle room.
