I'm swinging my cats for your job situation!
I survived my week. Incision looking and feeling better although can't stand to be without my binder.
B: bacon, 2 protein shakes
S: cheese
L: salad with ham, hard boiled eggs and cheese. Couple bites of cantaloupe
S: cookie
D: roast beef, baked potato, salad
V: one batch left
F: ok
E: work...total of 2 miles walking today......plan to kind of take it easy this weekend. Still too sore to swim

Protein coffee:
1 - 20 oz shaker cup with wire ball
4 to 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2 and water
1 to 1 1/2 scoops of Nectar vanilla
{shake} until blended
Pour into large mug
Add 9 to 10 oz of hot brewed coffee (decaf or reduced caffeine) You can also use chai tea but make it using a tea bag not the sugary chai tea latte blend.
{stir}
Pour into large mug
Add hot liquid to cold liquid to avoid lumps. Keep the protein slurry below 160 degrees.

E: couple of hours in the shops
I thought I was being very clever with my dinner choice as it said 51g protein per serving. I know I eat a whole chicken breast if I don't have anything else with it I'll get the whole serving in. Well I only managed about half... you live and learn!! ;-)
