Lab work

Who does your lab work?  What labs need to be checked regularly and how much does it cost you if you are self pay? As you can tell I am Pre Op trying to get all my ducks in a row!

I don't think I could afford to have all my labs checked if I were self pay. My list is huge--like 23 vials of blood every 6 months--every 3 months the first year.

 It's pricey - but I've seen people post about discounts you can order online, then take them to the lab and get it done yourself.  My insurance doesn't cover wls, however I get my labwork done as part of  my annual physical/scope & grope with my PCP (100% covered) and don't pay a thing.
