Hi Gina,
Did a lot of nothing today.

B: bacon, soft boiled eggs
S: protein shake, cheese crisps
S: cookie
L: 1/2 sandwich of turkey and Swiss on thin WW bun, pickles
S: almonds
S: CS ice cream bar
D: salsbury steak, green beans, mashed potatoes, dinner roll ( some of each)

V: one batch left
F: ok
E: laundry, walked around in the pool

double protein coffee
deviled egg
canned chicken spread on a whole wheat wasa cracker
double protein coffee
almonds
3 hersheys kisses
sloppy joe w/melted cheese
few chips
popcorn
1/2 bologna samich on 1 pc of pumpernickel bread - 3 slices of bologna
double protein coffee

vites:  all in
fluids:  80+ oz by bedtime

How do you make yoooour double protein coffee? I asked someone but I forgot who it was. I'm curious to see how many people make it different ways.

i use a travel mug.  think it holds 16 or 20 oz.

pour in coffee
add creamer of your choice
stir
add 2 scoops champion pure whey stack - i mix choco and vanilla equally
stir until powder is disolved

L: soupy chili 27g
S: pepperami (like pepperoni) 6g
3 strawberries
D: 7 Swedish meatballs 20g??  the pack doesn't say, but they were yummy

P: 73g
F: 64oz
V: 3 multi vites
E: none

Fast food seems to be an easy  way to get protein up!!  ;-)

In a few weeks I'll be back to having Greek yogurt for B2 and that'll help.

Not really 5 or 6 would've been better, but there were 7 left in the pack (old habbits and all that).  I took a long time to eat them.  It's not a meal I eat often so I don't know my portion size.  With chicken breast I know I won't have anything else with it, even though it doesn't look much - I know what fits comfortably.
