  • Supper - cookout for only the sides

Cooler today. Only 109.
Exhausted and sore today. Oh, well...to be expected. Think I'll lay low the rest of the weekend.

drove the 2 hours one way to visit w/dd and sm.  got stuck on the highway for 1 hour.  very bad car pile up.  thank heaven it had just rained and the temps where cool enough to shut of the engine and roll down the windows.
...and i ate a lot today.  lol

double protein  coffee
pepperoni crisps
hard boiled egg
sloppy joes w/ slice of cheese ( bottom of bun only)
few bbq chips
carrot sticks
sour creeam veggie dip
insides of a sm pc of apple pie
flounder stuffed w/crab meat
cole slaw
1/4 of  a baked potato
cup of homemade chicken soup
dinner roll
soy nuts
double protein coffee
few bites of chocolate cream pie

vites:  all in
fluids:  70+ oz by bedtime

S: soft blue cheese 20g - grazed throughout the day, not having more for a while as I had too much
L: 2 burgers (no bun) 24g
S: starbucks decaff coffee w SF syrup and pouring cream & 1/2 a hotdog 5g
D: chicken kiev 33g (took me about an hour to eat it ;-))

P: 102g
V: 3 multis
F: 64oz
E: went to shops (for only an hour)
