  • Snack - pistachios
  • Dinner - beef hot dog and chili
  • Supper - CarbSmart ice cream

evening batch: starting

EXERCITES:
3 - 15 minute walks

112 today! Awful!
Back to work tomorrow. I have mixed feelings.

B: bacon, 2 protein shakes
L: shrimp ****tail, salad, cheddar biscuit, 1 mozzarella stick (out to lunch with BFF and DGD)
S: cookie
S: cheese crisps
D: pulled pork, 1/2 small ear corn

V: one batch left
F: ok
E: laundry, changed sheets, grocery shopping and general running around......did get a nap though

Hey Hey!!!!!!!! Gina!!!!!!!!!!

I have been gone too long, been out in the Forrest with my food, and back to re-committing to  my food and being healthy and better again. Part of being on track is to come back here to you, this thread and be accountable! So with that said, I am back, I am going to try  my best to post my food daily except for when i am traveling as it might be a bit hard then.

I NEED  YOU GUYS!

B-Protein coffee 30g
B2- Yogurt shake with sugar free almond milk and very little fruit 25g
S-cheese 16g
L-cheese with cucumber and a couple of bites of chicken salad. 26g
S-Hand full of almonds and cashews 10g
D-Not sure yet but some type of protein and veggie or salad
S-protein

Good to be back today! Feel better already! I got to get the remaining 30-40 lbs off of me!

double protein coffee
3/4 lb of turkey bacon
hard boiled egg
6 slices lebanon bologna
smoke house almonds
1/2 chicken breast samich w/mayo, swiss & roasted peppers
few chips
pickles
sm piece of fudge
double protein coffee
1/2 greek & 1/2 cherry yogurt
slice of bologna
more almonds
beef stew (beef cubes only)
4 slices of bacon dipped in mayo
double protein coffee
3 hershey's kisses

vites:  all in
fluids:  90+ oz by bedtime
