  • Lunch - protein shake (30g)
  • Afternoon tea - JayRobb bar
  • Snack - cheese
  • Dinner - pork roast w/gravy and red taters
  • Supper - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:

omega 3: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting

EXERCITES:
2 - 15 minute walks and 20 leaning push-ups

Hi Gina,
High's of 111 are predicted for the next 2 days. Ugh!
Bored now and feeling good, so planning to go into work for a few hours Thursday and Friday.
Eating much better today.

B: bacon, protein shakes (60gm)

L: turkey and Swiss on thin WW bun, pickles, cookie
S: protein coffee (35gm)
D: grilled pork, salad, cookie

double protein coffee
4 slices lebanon bologna
mc d's double cheeseburger 3/4 of roll removed
few fries
smokehouse almonds
piece of fudge
double protein coffee
1/2 greek & 1/2 regular cherry yogurt
ground beef, italian sausage w/ melted velveeta.  (dear hubby's creation)
mini carrots
double protein coffee

vites:  all done for the day
fluids:  70+ oz

it was good.  next time we will pour it over some gluten free pasta. 
1/2 lb ground beef cooked crumbled
1/2 lb italian sausage cooked and crumbled
1 can rotel tomatoes drained
1 block of velveeta cheese (the medium size block)

cook meats, add tomatoes & cheese.  cook med to low until cheese melts.

It was soooo hot and I was running everywhere, I knew I needed those extra fluids:) I still don't think I got enough though.

L: 100g prawns w mayo 15g
S: 4 cheese triangles & a cheese slice 16g
S: Hot dog 10g 
D: quiche without base 15g
S:  Hot dog 10g pre-bed snack to go with NSAIDs

F: 64oz at least - I've started drinking water when I go to the bathroom at night! ;-)
V: 3 multi vites
P: 81g
