Hi Gina,
I need to spend a Sunday eating at your house.
Got in the pool for a few minutes. Felt good but I never realized floating uses abdominal muscles.
Cooked for DD's birthday.

S: protein shake
L: meat loaf sandwich with flat-out bread (8carbs)
S: cookie
D: homemade chicken and dumplings, green beans, birthday cake

Today was a last hoorah--this week back on the straight and narrow.

I'm glad you got in the pool and hope you were able to relax. Let's make this week an awesome week.

Hello everyone,

Before a couple of days ago I had completely given up on ever reaching my goal weight of 140lbs. Although I haven't tried to maintain a high protein low carb diet over the past 9 months I didnt go hogwild with carbs and hadnt lost a pound. A couple of days ago I started to eat more like the way I am suppose to as DSer during their weightloss phase and it seems to be working.

Anyhow I'm going to actually put some real effort into this, get on track, and get to goal.

btw-Ive been on a permanent stall since I started training for a marathon that I didn't run sometime around this time last year.

B-coffee w/creamer
1pc bacon and 1pc chicken sausage
boiled egg
S-Atkins chocolate shake
S-kefir cheese and yogurt with tsp agave sweetener
L-whole wheat pita pocket with ground turkey, kefir cheese, salad, and garlic - homemade
D-chicken and sausage gumbo (as soup) - homemade

E-elliptical

Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.

What kind of creamer do you use? I was using The Cafe' Mocha CoffeeMate, but when I decided I needed to lose more weight I started looking at carbs. It's 5 carbs per Tablespoon of that yummyness! I tried the SugarFree Hazelnut CoffeeMate creamer because it only has 2 carbs per Tablespoon and I love it! I use it every morning to save some carbs!

Glad you're here! :)  Maintenance and losing further out isn't easy, so we sure need support.

B: Greek yogurt with low sugar jelly 15g
L: 100g prawns with mayo 15g
S: 2 cheese triangles 16g
D: 100g prawns with mayo 15g

Total protein: 61g
Took some vit C as the nurse told me to, to help my wounds heal, starting vites properly later this week.
F: 50oz - low due to lack of space

Weirdly I've had less room today (I've always been consistent in the amounts I eat since my sleeve to date), maybe I had more yesterday as the hostpital had me a on a starvation diet.  Maybe I should try reduced fat products until I have more room, as I think high fat has filled me up a little too.
