BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Greek yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g)
S - popcorn
S - cheese
S - JayRobb protein bar
L - protein shake and a little tuna salad (30g)
S - small serving of peanuts
S - cheese
D - rice, chicken and mushroom gravy
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting in a few 

EXERCITES:
3 - 15 minute walks and 20 leaning push-ups

Hi Gina,
I'm home and all went well. Quite a bit of pai, but to be expected. PS said he took off 4# of fat. Not bad.
Needless to say, eating is way off.

B: couple bites of ham and cheese omelette, biscuit
L: 1/2 protein shake
D. Maybe shake and bacon....really don't know

V: none today, will be back on track tomorrow
F: not enough drinking but had IV fluids until noon

Whoops. Glad you mentioned that, the PS said the same thing and I totally forgot. With my DS I don't have that proble, but narcotics and anesthesia slows things down.

When NW took off the bandages today, I got to see my new belt button. . Think I'm going to like the results once the pain is gone.

it really was super yummy! i will have to catch more :) because man.... it was close to salmon good!
