I'm home and all went well. Quite a bit of pai, but to be expected. PS said he took off 4# of fat. Not bad.
Needless to say, eating is way off.
B: couple bites of ham and cheese omelette, biscuit
L: 1/2 protein shake
D. Maybe shake and bacon....really don't know
V: none today, will be back on track tomorrow
F: not enough drinking but had IV fluids until noon
