Got 2 of the 3 walks I wanted to get done this morning but 20 leaning push-ups. Way too hot to do any more.

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - a few bites of tuna salad
S - Greek yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g)
S - popcorn
S - cheese
L - protein shake and JayRobb bar (30g)
S - pistachios
S - JayRobb protein bar
D - salmon and mashed cauliflower
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: 2 done
omega 3: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting

EXERCITES:
2 - 15 minute walks and 20 leaning push-ups

the heat was wicked today.  hopefully the thunderstorms will cool off the temps for a bit.

double protein coffee
entire package turkey bacon
20+ shrimp w/****tail sauce
1 marsh mellow
2 fig newtons
pumpkin seeds
double protein iced coffee
2 hot dogs 1/2 the bun
pickles
mini carrots
double protein iced coffee
brown sugar pop tart ( a moment of stress & weakness)

fluids:  80+ oz
