Hi Gina,
Hot here too and supposed to be hotter over the weekend.
This time tomorrow...over and done. Already thinking about new goals.
Hate being NPO...nothing by mouth!!

B: bacon, 2 protein
S: cheese, almonds
L: crab and avacado sushi
S: cookies
D: shrimp ****tail, few bites baked potato, cheddar biscuit

E: work, swimming (have to stay out of the pool for 2-3 weeks)
