Too busy at work to obscess about being nervous. That's a good thing.

B: bacon, 2 protein shakes
S: cheese
L: turkey and Swiss on WW thin bun, pickles, almonds
S: Adkins granola bar
D: hamburger (no bun), potato salad

V: one batch left
F: catching up
E: work, swimming....sore from the weekend

That a real good thing. I hope this will be over before you know it. Swinging lizards all the way. 

I went to the chiropractor today about my shoulder and he will also be working on my lower back. Feeling better this evening. :)

relaxing day off.  went to the movies w/hubs.  had the whole theater to ourselves.  nice.

double protein coffee
pickled egg
8 slices turkey bacon
bob evans for lunch:
few fries
bacon cheeseburger, no roll
pecans
double protein iced coffee
2 egg - egg salad w/olives
few cheez doodles
1/2 greek 1/2 reg peach yogurt mix
sliver maybe a 1" slice pecan pie
double protein coffee

Sorry I have been gone Been super busy!!! Have weddings to attend, softball, rafting, swimming, and of course working overtime at work. I have been tracking on MFP still just not posting here

since upping my carbs a bit, i have picked up in weight loss again been totally eating fruits like no other!

B - greek yogurt with SF vanilla syrup and flax seeds (30g since I ate 1.5 servings)
S - 2 string cheeses (13g)
S - protein shake (20g)
L - crunchy Taco Bell taco (yeah I was bad... but it sure was tasty!)
D - Leftover smoked brisket, no BBQ sauce (~25g)
S - Mochaccino double protein shake (36g)

all in!

EXERCITES:
Um... I took the stairs at work and I weeded in my garden for half an hour.  :)
