Help with DS info- tri care prime

I havent called them yet-- my husbands orders are supposed to be cut by monday-- and i didnt want to do all this preperation work and then have to leave before my surgery date. Originally I thought we were going to be here intil October- but I guess my hubby asked for the orders to get moved up sooner.  If I do call Madigan I will let you know what happens.. ok.. best wishes !~
