Help with DS info- tri care prime

 Many military members use Dr. Weiner in Frankfurt, Germany and he deals with tri-care prime all of the time.  He was my surgeon and is excellent. I can send you contact information for him if you are interested. Frankfurt is about 3 or 4 hours from Vilsek

Oh my!!! YESSS!!! lol...I have researched him-- and all his medical experience- sounds like a fabulous  surgeon. I was initially going to wait til Germany because of how good I heard he was- yet I didnt know of any contact info- Ive tried to email- but I dont think it was a current address. So , yes, please definitelty do send me his contact info. 3-4 hours drive   would be fine for me. Thanks so so very much. 

 Tricare prime is covering my DS  my surgery is in 25 days. I'm having mine done at Madagan in wa. 

Thank you for the info. I dont know how I would get there- let alone stay there for two weeks post op. Im all the way in TN right now. Do you have any contact numbers or website where i could read more abt their program?

 Dr.Carter is the only Dr. Currently on staff at Madagan doing the DS I'll look for the #

What happened to Dr. Martin?

Did you ever get anywere with Madigan? I tried last year and they would not even hear of it. I live in CT and they told me they dont take people from that far away. She kept saying what if there are complications when you go home and Tricare won't cover office visits because they dont cover the DS in the first place. I was told when you have the surgery at Madigan it does NOT go through Tricare therefore they will not cover follow up/post op appts. I even wrote to the head person at Madigan and they were so rude and I was just given the run around.
