I think I got about 10 times as much sodium as I should have. Not a good thing. :(

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Greek yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g)
S - popcorn
L - protein shake (30g)
S - peanuts and a V8

Hi Gina,
I've always been pretty sensitive to sodium.
Was this your support group week? How did it go?
I saw your post on goal setting, I've thinking a lot about that recently.

B: bacon, 2 protein shakes
S: cheese
L: turkey and Swiss on thin WW bun, pickles, almonds
S: adkin's granola bar
D: Brok's pizza

V: one batch left
F: ok
E: swimming after work

Jeff and I went and there was only one other fellow but a good discussion. The guy had lost 80 pounds in 4 months and was that panic point of "am I losing too fast".  He was a lightweight and I hope he slows down. He looked pretty normal to me but had a boatload of comorbidities pre-op. His diabetes is totally gone. :)

 I did better with eating today.  I came to the conclusion that it is my medication that is keeping me from eating.

Breakfast- Double Protein coffee
Snack boiled egg
Snack String cheese stick
Lunch- Cheese enchilada with guacamole
Dinner- Chicken strip and Potatoes and onion
Snack maybe a half of cinnamon roll

Interesting. How often do you have to take this med? Maybe they could switch your med--you need to eat. :(
