Love your post picture smile.  That says 10,000 words about how you are doing with your DS.  Keep rocking it.

This is such an inspiration to me.  I'm in a program and can't be approved for surgery for 6 mos by my insurance company.  I'm expected to have surgery in December or January.  This helps me be motivated and excited to be on this journey after years of feeling miserable.  Thank you for sharing.

seejo, I had to wait 6 months with my insurance too.  It was well worth the wait!

Yes, waiting the 6 months has me a bit worried.  I posted on my blog how I had a terrible day today with my eating.  I did exercise by swimming for 35 minutes but then my diet was horrible.  Gonna get back on track tomorrow.  Thank you for your support.  I hope you continue to do well!!  Your pic is great!!

Even after the DS, I still have bad diet days.  Sometimes I get flustered and decide I'm going to have macaroni and cheese for dinner.  And I do, and I spend a night of horribleness in the bathroom, and just get back on the wagon the next day.  It's the same as non-surgery... you have a bad day, you accept it and get back on track.  The difference is pre-surgery I didn't have to marinate in my own funk all night.  ;)
