nice relaxing day.  hope everyone else had a great day as well.

double protein coffee
scrambled eggs w/ham & sauteed peppers
pecans
toasted ham sandwich w' 1 slice pumpernickel & cheddar
macadamia nuts
fried shrimp - 99% of breading pulled off w/****tail sauce
few french fries
cole slaw
few bites strawberry shortcake w/whipped cream frosting (wasn't as good as it sounds)

Yep, did my relaxing today too. Thought we were going to get hit by the storms coming through but they missed us. Man, do we need the rain!

Hi Gina,
Good day here too. Literally scrubbed my patio room down. Superglued my fingers together, then got a huge piece of wood in my hand, so had to go get a tetanus shot. trying to stay busy. May do closets next weekend. Lol.

B: bacon, 2 protein shakes
S: Adkins granola bar
L: turkey and Swiss on thin WW bun, pickles
S: cookie
S: olives, almonds...didn't do well
D: nothing for now

V: one batch left
F: ok
E: cleaned patio room, laundry, swam/pool exercise
