Hi Gina,
Had my PS visit today and feel much better. I've already stopped my vit E and aspirin, but he wants me to stop my multi vits Monday. Yikes! Will get EKG, labs and chest X-ray next Tuesday.
It's amazing: I had the DS revision with a GB and appendix removal which took 2 hrs. This hernia repair/tummy tuck is scheduled for 5-6 hrs.
Do y'all have electricity?

B: bacon, 2 protein shakes
S: almonds
L: crab and avacado sushi
S: adkin's granola bar, bite of watermelon, cookie
D: hot dogs

V: one batch left
F: ok
E: work, pool exercises

V: one batch left

I think that's too long to stop the vitamins too. Definitely don't stop the iron. At leaset call Dr K's office and ask them about when is safe for you to stop taking them before surgery.

We didn't lose electricity, thank goodness, just cell and cable.

Which B was too high? B12 is ok to be high but B6 you want to rein in if it gets and stays too high.

it was my b12 that was too high.  surgeon's office didn't seem to be alarmed.  pcp, gyn, and endo docs were very upset about it.   i tried to research and found nothing harmful.

Yep, not a thing to worry about with high B12.
