Are you sweltering in the heat?

S: adkin's granola bar
L: few bites of chicken strip, couple of fries, fresh assorted berries.
S: deviled egg.
D: fish, salad

E: lots of errands, pool exercises and swimming

104 today. We went out a couple of times but mostly stayed inside with the AC going full tilt. Looks like you had a full day. Staying busy is good though. :)

Exercise grocery store with kids

I received a reality check yesterday though.  My nephew made a point in telling me I need to work on building strenghth and take responibility for fact that I make excuses for not exercising daily.  If have a point I worked my but off  and went through a lot to loose this weight now I need to fucus on toning it up to make it look good

labs done.  love the little frozen tube.  makes me feel special to have those running around cursing at all the tubes they have to label and collect.  geesh..............i mean...........isn't it their job???? lab corp.  not the nicest people.  i just smile, and thank them for taking such good care of me.  granny used to say.: you get more from honey.................

mcd's sausage egg mc muffin - only ate 1/2 the muffin
1/2 can smoke house almonds
double protein coffee
leftover hunk of steak
corn chips
22 med size grilled shrimp
wild rice
3 rolos
double protein coffee

vites:  playing catch up all day.  missed late afternoon batch
fluids:  lost count after a whoppin' 100 oz

That's a shame about your vampire lab. I use a lot of kindness with mine too and they like me back and consider me a welcome change and challenge. :)
