Hi Gina,
Did you survive your lab visit?
My PS's office called to change my pre op appointment for the 5th time!!! Grrrrr. Then evidently they scheduled me for an EKG earlier this week. Obviously I missed the appointment cause I didn't know about it. I hate inefficiency!

B: bacon (whoops come back up). Later had 2 protein shakes
S: cheese
L: Brok's pizza
S: almonds
S: adkin's granola bar
D: bacon, protein shake, glass of wine

V: behind
F: ok
E: we got slammed in clinic today!!!

lol  I survived...3 sticks and 23 vials. No bruises though. :)

Ugh, I hope you have better luck with the office the rest of the way through.

i'm all messed up.  with being off work yesterday, i was looking for the monday edition of vites & bites to post on. 
oy vey.

double protein coffee
7 slices turkey bacon
hard boiled egg
insides of a roast beef hoagie
macadamia nuts
2 oreo cookies
double protein coffee
other half of roast beef hoagie
handful of cheez doodles
double protein coffee

vites:  puttin' down the last batch for the day
fluids:  90+ oz

 OK today I was not hungry at all.

Breakfast- Double Protein Coffee
Lunch- 3 Ribs and baked beans
Dinner- Grilled hamburger no bun with cheese and baked beans
