Vitamin Questions: Deficiency in Vitamins K and E, B6 is sky high, please help!

Val, I take 1 of Vitalady's dry K with the last batch of vitamins (I copied and pasted the list from a word doc, I guess that part got cut off). I'm going to add one more, probably in the morning with my iron, copper, and vitamin C if that is ok.
Hmm, that is interesting about the telogen effluvium, it could definitely be that. In the past 6 months, I also had 2 different rounds of IV steroids to treat my MS (infusions that were done over 3 days) so I guess that could also be considered a traumatic event?
I did look at what Vitamin E deficiency causes and apparently hair loss is a possibility so it could be that too.
Argh, so many possibilities, lol. But I'm going to up my vitamins and hopefully it will make a difference, thank you guys!
