The heat here is making me not want to eat much.  The good news is that I still crave my protein coffee which is full of protein.

Eating all out of whack today.

L: (very late). Cheese enchilada, chips
S: few almonds...end of the bag
D: ????? Not hungry, but have shrimp ****tail in the fridge

I know you'll enjoy it. I like the IDS but prefer chocolate.

Actually a friend posted some picture on facebook last evening. We were dancing in the "high energy" room. OMG!!!
