insurance approval

 My name is Ana im 30 years old mother of 4 and for the past 6 months I have done everything that I've been told to do in order to get approved by my insurance to get my ds surgery the last thing was Psychiatric Evaluation but just found out that I was diagnosed with Adjustment disorder with mixed anxiety and depressed mood will I not get approved because of this diagnosis I'm 
so worry that I might not.Has anyone been diagnose with this ?

 I've not heard of it, however its good that it was caught so it can be treated and controlled.  Few are denied unless its feared that their mental capacity will not enable them to keep healthy, which is very important.  They may require you to be under psychiatric care to treat this.
