B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Greek yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g)
S - popcorn
S - small piece of cheesecake
L - protein shake (30g)
S - little bit of chili
S - small piece of cheesecake
D - Popeye's popcorn shrimp
S - small piece of cheesecake

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting

EXERCITES:
1 - 15 minute walk before it got above 90 degrees

yay! the weekend is here.  don't care if it's 1000+degrees outside.  yay!!

double protein coffee
hard boiled egg
6 slices lebanon bologna
chick-fil-a spicy chicken sandwich - 1/2 the bun
few waffle fries
almonds
double protein coffee
2 hershey's hugs
2 marshmallows
4 slices of bologna w/cheddar cheese & mustard

still hungry,  maybe cook some bacon
planned:  another double protein coffee before bedtime

vites:  all in 'cept bedtime batch
fluids:  top out at 90+ oz by bedtime

Hi Gina,
I'm exhausted but doing well. Tomorrow we'll spend the day with our son and then fly home Sunday. I refuse to do the planned hiking tomorrow,,,,,hurt too much,

B: bacon, 2 protein shakes
S: WW toast with butter and a dab of homemade huckleberry jam (didn't settle well)
L: brat and a few fries
D: cheese enchilada, chip and guacamole
S: IDK

V: one batch left
F: playing catch up
E: 7hours of walking and dancing
