 Hello,

Today I am having some struggles 

Breakfast double protein coffee
Lunch pork n beans and piece of baked tenderlion
Dinner 5 pieces of Ribbs and baked beans
Snack nuts.
Out of my nighttime protein so no shake tonight

I guess the baked beans are staying down and not causing you problems, and that's a good thing. Do you make them yourself so you can control the sugar in them?

Hi Gina,
Oir flights went well and we're having a good time. Eating is kind of a struggle....lots of eating out and I'm a little nervous about my finicky stomach and food choices.
Went wine tasting today!!

B: bacon, 2 protein shakes
S: small bread and utter sample
S: almonds
S: wine sampling
L: minestrone soup, salad, bread stick
D: Mexican sampler appetizer....mainly ate cheese quesidilla with sour cream and guar

V: one batch left
F: plenty
E: lots of walking and a long nap.....trouble with the 2 hr time zone difference.....dance stuff starts tomorrow
