Kaiser of Southern California only has one DS surgeon. His name is Dr. Belzburg and he is in Harbor City. He isn't a big fan of the DS, but he does do them. I don't know if he will do a revision from RNY to DS because because we haven't seen any of those patients on any of the DS boards. If he won't or can't perfome one (they are extremely difficult and only a handful of DS surgeons in our country are qualified) then your mother may have to appeal to go outside of the Kaiser system.
No Calif Kaiser uses Rabkin. He does take down the RNY and then does the DS.
