Has anyone tired Weigh****chers after being 2 years plus out if you are struggling or just...
I have been struggling, trying most everything but still having a hard time. I have not gained any weight from my original loss but short 30 lbs of my personal goal. I have lost 74 lbs from my DS in December of 2010 and 116 from my top weight 7 years ago.
Just wondering is it always about the protein (which i still ALWAYS get in a minimum of 100g per day) or do you guys do other things like count calories, points,,, etc...
Just feeling frustrated.
Thanks,
Shireen

I think it's about low carb for most of us. If there's a WW that helps you stay accountable while doing low carb, might be worth it.

Hi Shireen,
I dont know if you'll find the support you need at WW. It's very focused on counting points and calories, and that just doesnt work for us.
I agree with what Gina said, if the weekly accountability part appeals to you, it might help, but you will really need to thow away everything else they say.
Have you tried using an online tool like My Fitness Pal? A few months ago I started logging what I eat and have lost a few poinds. It helped me to see exactly where I was ending up every day.
How's your activity level? You could also do something fun to pick that up.
My best advice is to:
-Cut carbs
-Increase activity
-Log, or use Bites and Vites, for some accountability if that's what you need.
