S - chili and a slice of gluten free toast
D - Swiss steak and rice (grass fed beef sirloin steak)
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3: done
iron: done
evening batch: pending

EXERCITES:
tenderizing the steak should count :)

I'm sure tenderizing was hard work!
If you're interested, I have a fair amount of the IDS cinnamon vailla (old formula) I could send you. PM me your address.
I tried the "new" champion and couldn't tell any difference.

D: chicken tortilla casserole, salad

hi everyone. hope y'all had a nice relaxing weekend.

double protein coffee
3 sausage patties
2 scrambled eggs w/jalapenos & tomato
liverwurst spread on corn chips w/mayo
double protein coffee
at a cookout:
hot dog w/ 1/3 of the roll
chips, dip
black eyed peas
cheese cubes
frozen margarita (yum-0!)
macadamia nuts
1/2 s'more  - made with 1/4 of the graham cracker & 1/2 a marshmellow.  it took great restraint to accomplish 1/2 a s'more and not go back and make the other 1/2
1/2 regular & 1/2 greek yogurt mix

my usual nightcap of double protein coffee will happen shortly

vites:  all in
fluids:  70+ oz -not counting the margarita of course.
