LUNCH: WENDY’S BERRY ALMOND CHICKEN SALAD ½ ORDER (IT WAS DEVINE!)

DINNER: CHZ AND PEPPERONI

SNACKS: MIXED NUTS

it depends... sometimes i will drop 5 then sometimes i will drop .6 lol i have my weight by week up to now on my 6 month update post:)
