Gave in and got the smaller container of the new Champion to try.

If it's as bad as the "new" IDS good luck. They've changed the formula--less protein and more carbs, worse consistency and many DSrs get bloaty and gassy from it. It's been all over the Facebook DS group and I posted about it on the LW board. You didn't read about it? So far they're saying Nectar, Optimum Nutrition, JayRobb and a couple of others are still using the same formula but charging more.

Keep us posted on how it goes. If some folks can only use the Champion it's ok and better than having low protein labs.

 Hello,

This morning I was not hungry now I am starving.

Breakfast- Double protein coffee with banana 52 grams protein
Lunch- Cheese Enchilada 
Dinner -3 chicken drummets and pinto beans
Snack tonight is a Protein shake 26 grams of Protein.

Vites in 
Did not do well with water today

guess i am lucky.  everything gives me gas, but the new champion protein powde,.  after 3 years, it is still a winner for me  .3 times a day, everyday.

worried about having jury duty tomorrow.  worried about getting in my fluids and protein.  sure hope they let us drink water during court sessions. 

double protein coffee
hard boiled egg
9 slices turkey bacon
almonds
chicken parm (very little breading)
few fries
double protein coffee
2 cookies
scrambled eggs
few steak fries
1/2 pc rye toast
bacon
3 hershey kisses

vites:  all done for the day
fluids:  70+ oz

L- insides of a chimichunga, insides of a toquito with white cheese sauce, salsa and sour cream.
