6 months out and photo *****!
I am past 60% EWL
I have lost 73.2lbs
My 14 size jeans are loose, I am sure I could fit in a 12
I wear a size XL to L in junior’s shirts
I have not been this small in 6 years
Only 3lbs from weighing less than my husband
25lbs from my HIGH SCHOOL weight!
10 lbs to being overweight and not MO
40 lbs till goal
I can keep up with my husband when fly fishing, less weight to balance on the slippery rocks
Soon will start training for a special elk hunt in late October
I was luckily donated clothes from my aunt’s smaller days. So I haven’t had to buy much clothing. I have donated totes upon totes of clothes to the Salvation Army.
Here is my logging chart. Just to show you all weekly what I was losing. I when I was a pre-op I liked to see numbers...even though my numbers would be different... just gave me an idea of what to expect.
