L: turkey and Swiss on WW light bread ( again the bread didn't work so won't eat that again)

Today, baked eggs. It's been months since I tried last. I made mini crustless ham and swiss quiches in muffin tins. I ate two this morning. I have not been able to eat since. I had some peanuts around lunch just to see........wrong idea. I have thrown up three times since and still feel stuck. I will have at least one more bathroom visit. I can just tell now.
It's hard, it really is. I haven't had nearly enough to eat OR drink today, but it's one of those days and I don't know what else to do..
