evening batch: starting

EXERCITES:

LUNCH: CHEF SALAD W/ LOTS OF REAL BACON BITS

DINNER: TUNA W/ OLIVE OIL MAYO

SNACKS: PROTEIN SHAKE, JERKY

EXACT SAME MEAL PLAN AS THURSDAY :) LOL HEY IF IT WORKS KEEP WITH IT. ALSO POSTED MY WHOLE WEEK THE OTHER POSTS ….I HAVE BEEN FORGETTING TO POST.

Pig out day.....I've been so hungry for the last 2 days.

B: bacon, 2 protein shakes
S: cheese
L: chilli, 2 saltine crackers
S: Adkins granola bar
S: 2 cookies
D: Cesear salad, shrimp ****tail, cheddar. Biscuits, 1/2 DD's apple dessert

V: one batch left
F: plenty
E: work, grocery shopping, swimming

I need some new ideas on food. I cooked chicken with spices, etc last weekend for salad, then the thought turned my stomach. LOL

Alright, hold up and get back on plan tomorrow. I think we could both use some browsing on a low carb recipe web site to get some new ideas.

I used to get a lot of recipes from lowcarbfriends.com. Have some great chicken things, but can rarely eat it. May make a low carb cheesecake.
