Fissure Experts - Re-tears?
Hello Folks;
Doing well, but have a quick question from you vets. How do I know if I'm developing a re-tear? I've had a bit of burning since yesterday. Very low level (wouldn't even rate a "1") . . . off and on, but more on than off.
How do I know if this is a re-tear happening? I've been religious about my fiber, water and soaks still almost 8 months after my LIS and keeping "things" relatively soft. My daily dose of miralax keeps me soft but still mostly formed.
I'm thinking it's something that I've eaten, or my calcium. I'm leaning towards calcium because it has affected me that same way to a degree always, no matter what form I take (currently still using Citrical petites - Oooooh, Publix had them on special $3.00 off, yay). But it's been a little bit more persistent since yesterday. Any thoughts.
Thanks, folks.
