calcium batches: done
omega 3: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting

EXERCITES:
1 - 15 minute walk

double protein coffee
1 1/2 hard boiled egg
5 sl bacon
walnuts

chinese take out
chicken & broccoli
few bites of pork fried rice
1/2 donut
reg yogurt & Greek yogurt mix
almonds
double protein iced coffee
few potato chips
leftover sloppy Joe w/a hot dog cut up in it.  melted shredded cheese.  no bun
planned - my nightcap - double protein coffee
Vite's:  all in
fluids:  80+ oz by bedtime

Late check in....DGD had several volleyball games. Eating out of whack.

Really busy day. I got so hungry during the games, but survived. We were eating leftovers and watching the Thunder game at 9:30. That's past my bedtime.
