Hi Susan,

I am 4.5 years out...stopped losing at 1 year out...gained about 30 from lowest...I am heading for surgery on June 25th :) couldn't be more excited.

I lost a total of 110 pounds...but with the regain...only 80 gone.

Good luck on your decision...my doctor assured me that I will get down to about 150....so looking forward to that point...
