D - North Carolina pulled pork BBQ w/coleslaw (I used white vinegar, reduced sugar ketchup, Splenda brown sugar blend, liquid smoke, red pepper flakes, red and black pepper, onion powder and garlic salt) 
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting

EXERCITES:
2 - 15 minute walks

Hi Gina,
Your dinner sounds wonderful!!
I was hungry all day and it was a real struggle.

B: bacon, 2 protein shakes
S: Adkins granola bar
L1: tuna salad (from cafeteria...tasted pretty bad but no carbs)
L2: salami, cheese, CS ice cream bar
S: almonds
D: cheeseburger on WW thin bun, avacado, tomato
S: don't know

V: one batch left

I was so hungry...nothing sounded good....and part of the time I was out driving. Probably the only thing that would have worked was chips or fries.

On the good side, I did the paperwork to get the cash for my upcoming surgery.

 Hello everyone my pre albumin levels was a 12 on my labs so I have got to increase protein.

Breakfast Protein Shake 33 gr
Lunch chicken wings from Zaxbys
Dinner- Hamburger patty
Desert - Double Protein Shanks 66 grams of protein.

You said your albumin was 4.5 and protein serum was 7.0. Those are awesome numbers. I don't understand how your prealbumin could be that low with other protein markers being so good. {perplexed}

First I want to thank you Gina for your always! I appreciate you! This is a huge surprise for us as we were using precautionary measures and it still happened!
Anyway..

Vits all in plus some extra calcium
