Hi Gina,
Day 2 of the straight and narrow....I'm hungry. I fixed a chicken for salad this week and now can't stand to look at it. Just don't do chicken well.

hi ladies.  hubs and i drove to historic gettysburg, pa for 2 days. beautiful weather. lots of great walking & shopping along with sight-seeing.
not a good day. too many carbs.  feel the rumbles already.

double protein coffee
2 sausage patties w/scrambled egg on english muffin
walnuts
3 donut holes
3 hershey kissses
18 med grilled shrimp
brocolli
double protein coffee
1 slice rye w/swiss and ham salad
chips
slice taylors ham
1/2 sm blueberry muffin
double protein iced coffee

 Hello.  Starting to get my appetite back.  I got stuff at the grocery store to make Brok'sPizza.  It sounds yummy.  

BITES: (7 weeks post op)
B - double protein shake (60g)
L - 4oz ribeye steak w/ A1 (20g)
D - protein drink (24g)

Total protein = 104g

Total carbs = 17g

VITES:
morning, noon & evening batches dones, just have bedtime batch left

EXERCITES:  
washed the car and then went swimming
