Bites today 1/2 a bagel with cream cheese & pb, tunafish sandwich, chocolate milk 20g protein, cheese stick, and 1 dose of vites, but I am gonna take another since I just realized I haven't and I am on here reminding myself - I've also had a bottle of water and a >> (energy drink :/)

I did really bad yesterday, I barely ate anything but did have my double protein drink in the morning. I went out with the girls and didn't realize how many carbs are in a screwdriver! I think I had about 5 or 6 of them, so I went over my carb max by 100+ carbs! Yikes. Does anyone have suggestions on what ****tails have low carbs?
I weighed in today. Total loss last week = 3.4 For a total of 44.2 pounds!!
Anyway, here is what I ate today:
BITES: (7 weeks post op)
B - double protein shake (60g)
S - almonds (6g)
L - 4oz ribeye steak w/ A1 (20g)
D - protein drink (24g)
Total protein = 110g
Total carbs = 19g
VITES:
morning, noon & evening batches dones, just have bedtime batch left
EXERCITES:
none, but did a lot of swimming yesterday
