Almost 3 yrs out

 It's been a very long time since I been on here in aug I will b out 3 yrs out and all I have done good my only prob Is having iron transfusion every 6 months and here lately I have gained some weight back. I started before surgery at 323 lowest weight was 142 but now back to 165 I'm 5'10 so ok weight for me but everyone ask if I'm pregnant we're I have so much loose skin in tummy area. Here lately I feel like I can't stay full and my mind I know is a big prob there cause of bordem I eat. Just curious any eating tips that anyone has that helps them feel more full. I don't want to get heavy again but I know it's possible . Thx in advance

Glad you have done so well!!!!!!  I think protein first and stick to that!!!!!  Make sure you are getting in enough water as well.

 Every now and then I have a small bag of microwave popcorn. It fills me up, and satisfies the salty crunch craving. Also filling - greek yogurt  added to protein shake mixes.

 Really important to make protein and fats the largest part of your daily intake.   Keep your carbs low.  Start tracking how many carbs you are taking in each day.  Stay below 150 carbs, and see if you lose.  If not, go lower still.  I bet monitoring your carb intake and upping your protein does the trick!

I'm two years out and in about the same boat. Sounds like you are doing great to me! I am 5'7" and lowest 139 and now at 155ish. I feel good, but not as good as I did 10 pounds ago. If you find a "cure" for the empty/boredom eating, let me know! Best wishes!
