D - out to Texas Roadhouse-happy hour drink with peach schnapps and something, 4 fried pickles chips, 4oz of med-rare fillet, few bites of corn and green beans

Hi Gina,
Regarding the Julian bread...filling but made me pretty bloated and lots of rumbling sounds even this morning, won't eat that again any time soon.
Didn't like the scale this morning.,,.
B: bacon, 2 protein shakes

L: chicken salad
S: Adkins granola bar
S: almonds
D: out to dinner ....1/2 shredded beef taco, guacamole, chips and salsa
S: plan protein shake
V: one batch left
F: better today
E: work, grocery shopping
Surgery scheduled for July 18, definite now. Plan to try to up my protein.

Hmmm...I was afraid of that with the Julian bread. I don't understand the scale--you haven't been eating much. Must be the dang hernia.
