calcium batches: done
omega 3: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting

EXERCITES:
1 - 15 minute walk

Pouring rain here...guess I won't go swimming.

F: not enough .... Too busy at work

How was the support group?

We're due for storms tomorrow. You didn't eat much today. You ok?

Support group was good...drinks and dinner was better. lol

Like you comment about dinner and drinks.

I feel like I'm eating way too much...oh well...stress with granddaughter problem, work, eyes, whatever...

I'm just tired

Pre-B - almonds
B - fried egg, ham, cheddar, swiss on 2 pc of 45 cal bread
L - 1/2lb bacon
S - nature valley protein bar - candy bar
D - italian sausage patty w/ spaghetti sauce and mozz cheese
s - few flavor tootsie roll midgies

I doubt I'll have anything else tonight......

S- 4 slim jims.
L- Can of tuna, mayo and some onions.
S- Deli roast beef and swiss roll up.
D- ground chuck with some spaghetti sauce and tons of parmesan cheese,
S- dill pickles
