Hope you have a good time.
Yesterday was a fantastic day for Oklahoma sports fanatics (me!): Thunder, OU women's softball and OU men's baseball all won!!
Spent over 2 hrs in the opthamologist office....as expected, yes there's a eye problem but the only cure is time.

B: bacon, 2 protein shakes
S: cheese
L: shrimp sushi
S: Adkins granola bar
S: adkins brownie
D: steak, salad, 2 bites Mac and cheese

F: doc says I need to increase my fluids

I'm sure hoping you have good luck with your eye and a cure is coming. Looks like you switched up on your Bites a bit--all good?

Eh, what the hell. I need to start back sometime.........I went out of town for business, then vacation, then business again, and I just got out of the habit.

B - 2 scrambled eggs, several slices of bacon
S - Nature Valley "Protein" bar - ie candy bar
L - Chili w/ cheddar
S - Chili w/ cheddar
S - serving of sugar crisps w/ very little 2% milk - just enough to make it wet
D - Chili w/ cheddar
S - Think I might have some popcorn later - it's been a while

Vites are all done

I've been what seems to be overly thirsty lately. I've found myself cutting way back on the Coke Zero and drinking a lot more of the Powerade Zero and water! Very weird for me.

Welcome back. :)  Yep, keep the Coke and sodas down if they're making you thirsty. Check the sodium content of those suckers.

chicken hoagie most of the bread removed.  lettuce/tomato/mayo
chips
more walnuts

3 hershey's kisses
grilled pork chops
green beans
3 mini potato dumplings in butter sauce
double protein coffee

fluids:  90+ oz

Hi everyone.  I'm getting to a point where food just doesn't sound good to me. When I know it's time to eat, I procrastinate and keep looking in the fridge but I don't want to eat anything. Everything smells bad too. I'm also having a hard time remembering to take my bedtime batch of vitamins :( On a positive note...I have a job interview today!!

BITES: (7 weeks post op)

B - double protein shake (60g)
S - none
L - hamburger patty w/ cheese, bacon & onion and pickles (32g)
S - almonds (6g)
D - protein drink (24g)
S - none
Total protein = 122g
Total carbs = 19g

VITES:
morning, noon & evening batches dones, but forgot bedtime batch :(

EXERCITES:
swimming

I think you're going through a phase many of us went through. It's like food is just too much trouble and it's not that good anyway. But, take your vitamins if you're not eating or drinking shakes.

Been MIA DUE TO INJURIES PLAYING FLYBALL. I was weighed at several doc offices and the numbers made me sick. I have been low carbing and gave up my candy habit and added shakes and protein foods. Today my scale rewarded me. I am under 150 for the first time in ages.

I am going to keep on keeping on and add back exercise and hope I can loose a few more in the next 5 weeks prior to the D's cruise.
